For this special occasion we present Magnificat! featuring J.S. Bach’s immortal Magnificat cantata with full orchestra, soloists, and the seldom performed Christmas Interpolations.

Themes of birth and renewal will be explored through the Victoria and Lauridsen settings of O magnum mysterium, the Sweelinck Hodie Christus Natus Est, works by Adolphus Hailstork, Elizabeth Poston and Ola Gjeilo, plus arrangements of Christmas favorites.
